This woman is one of the highest loss of weight in the world. She became unhappy with her weight two years ago. Mary Jane decide to loss weight because of her health, her heart began racing and beating irregulary and her blood pressure was high and she became diabetic or pre-diabetic. Her goal was her heart and health improve.
She made a lot of changes, but the most important were:
Eliminating all processed food, junk foods and sodas. She began eating high fiber foods and follow a healthy carb diet. She also did a lot of exercise, starting very slowly and working up to where she is today.
Mary start seen results of the loss of weight when she start eating healthier and less food and a specific way, following the diet. She start the diet in July 22, 2011 and do the diet during a year and a half.
She said that she eat healthier and live in normal life convaining with exercise.
