Advanges and disadvantages of diets.

In this post we are going to talk about the advantages and disadvanges of diets. Remember our diets are natural and healthy, we do not advertice you to follow diets in which you eat bad and little bit of food. The first step is to eat healthy and eat five times a day. The second step is to don't eat scientifically processed foods and foods with concentrated sugar. And finally do some exercise everty day to tonificate your body.
Some advanteges are:
  • Improves the ability of controlling your extra-intake habits of foods.
  • Builds up patience and consistency in your personality.
  • Reduces your weight.
  • Keeps you fresh till its not excessive.
  • Reduce the risk of various heart diseases.
And some disavantages are:
  • Prolonged hunger.
  • Depression.
  • Reduced sex drive.
  • Fatigue.
  • Irritability.
  • Muscle atrophy.
  • Rashes.
  • Acidosis.
  • Bloodshot eyes.
  • Constipation, due to lack of food-intake.
  • Dehydration, due to lack of fluid-intake.
